Payment Policy
We accept Credit Cards: Master/Visa and $us Cash.
- 5% service charge is added when credit card is used
- 50% deposit is payable to secure booking upon confirmation where we deem applicable
- For Group bookings a deposit of 20% is required.
PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT get a receipt from the website as the payment form does not generate a receipt.
Your receipt will be emailed to you with 24hrs after payment is confirmed.
Refund Policy
- Refund is paid if client cancels service within 24hrs of scheduled service.
- Refunds will be processed as they are received or depending on when cancellation is received. (Refunds may take up to 5 or 7 business days to process.)
- No refunds will be made for “No Shows” (a No show is a person who books for our services but doesn’t attend or cancels the booking)
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are entitled to a 100% refund.
- Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are non-refundable
- Cancellations may be made by email or phone calls, and must be received within 24hrs of scheduled service.
